The “Vittoriale degli Italiani” consists of a group of buildings, streets, squares, an open-air theatre, a boat, different museums garden and waterways, all built between 1921 and 1938.
The italian writer Gabriele D’Annunzio decided to built this complex in Gardone Riviera, looking the Lake of Garda.
Today it is one of the most important and particular museum of Italy, to remember the famous italian writer who took part also to the WWI with its great feats.
